Galina has been professionally applying TRIZ for more than 25 years, having been trained by the method's founder, Genrich Altschuller.  Galina has spent the last few years developing TRIZ Training materials and several years ago, developed a TRIZ4Kids program, to teach elementary school children the TRIZ methodology.
